
Data Engineer/Analyst – Business Analytics team (m/f)
About the role
You will be joining our business analytics team, where your main tasks will involve preparing data for analytical and operational use, familiarity with data warehouses, and creating reports for internal users of the company, such as management, production, marketing, sales, finance, and others.

Key tasks and responsibilities
- Preparation and maintenance of reports on business operations, planning, and analysis for the company’s needs.
- Understanding the processes of data collection and processing to define user requirements and develop solutions.
- Compiling various monthly and annual reports for internal users and management.
Required skills and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Experience working with data and understanding business insights derived from data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products in relation to Power BI (Power Query, MS SQL Server, SSIS).
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Proactiveness, a strong sense of responsibility, and developed communication and teamwork skills.
Bonus points if you have
- Experience in managing databases.
- Planning, developing, and maintaining data warehouses and data integration and processing (ETL procedures).
- Incorporating new data sources.
- Knowledge of React framework.
Education
- B.Sc in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or another related technical field.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
