The Head of People & Culture will develop and drive our people strategy and work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment between business objectives and talent development. This role will focus on nurturing and strengthening Cosylab’s culture, creating an environment where people can thrive, and attracting top talent for our creative and innovative team. You will play a key role in leadership development, succession planning, and partnering with C-level and department heads to ensure all teams are set up for success.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead a People & Culture team, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives.
- Provide strategic direction for workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management to support the company’s growth and scalability.
- Collaborate with the executive team to shape and influence the organization’s overall strategic direction, ensuring that people and culture remain a central focus in business decisions.
- Assess and improve leadership, enhance team dynamics, and foster self-awareness within the organization.
- Develop and implement robust succession planning strategies to ensure key roles have a pipeline of capable future leaders.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to align people strategies with business goals, providing advice and insights on people-related matters.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and forecast HR trends, using analytics to anticipate and address future talent and organizational needs.
- Monitor and continuously improve key HR metrics: eNPS, employee turnover, and others.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role with a focus on HR business partnership, people development, and succession planning.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Proven ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Experience in leadership coaching or administering psychological tests and assessments to enhance personal development, team dynamics, and leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
- Passionate about building a positive organizational culture that prioritizes people.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
