Product Marketing Manager for Treatment Product Software
About the role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for Treatment Product Software to join our marketing team in Ljubljana. This is a mid-to-senior role, combining strategic ownership (positioning, GTM, market insight) with hands-on execution across content, collateral and campaigns.

Key tasks and responsibilities
- Own positioning and messaging: Define and sharpen the value proposition for our Treatment Product Software, ensuring our story is clear, compelling, and consistent across all channels.
- Lead go-to-market for launches and campaigns: Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns – define target segments and personas, craft messaging, and drive initiatives to reach relevant audiences (partner with Product and Sales to bring new capabilities to market).
- Enable sales & customer teams: Create and maintain the marketing and sales toolkit for medical software products – pitch decks, solution overviews, one-pagers, battlecards, demo narratives, and FAQs – and train sales and account managers on how to use them in real opportunities.
- Drive market & competitive intelligence: Continuously track the radiation oncology landscape, gather community and customer insights, and feed those insights back into messaging and the product roadmap.
- Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and the broader Marketing team to ensure our offering and narrative reflect customer needs and support our mission and business goals.
Required qualifications and skills
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B product marketing or a closely related role (e.g., solution/portfolio marketing) for software or complex technical products.
- A track record of:
- Developing value propositions and messaging.
- Owning go-to-market plans for launches or major releases.
- Creating sales and customer enablement collateral.
- Strong communication skills in English – you can comfortably talk to engineers, medical physicists, and business stakeholders, and adapt the story to each.
- An analytical and curious approach: you like to understand the market, talk to customers, and base your recommendations on data and insight.
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working in cross-functional teams.
It’s a plus if you have

Prior experience in product marketing at a medtech/oncology software company

Experience in medical devices and/or software for regulated industries(e.g. medical, pharma, healthcare, safety-critical systems.)
