Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f)

Key tasks and responsibilities
- Maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Implementing new standards or standard updates into the QMS, including gap analysis, requirement implementation, and verification of effectiveness.
- Planning and conducting internal audits of projects and processes following the standards ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 27001, and following up on identified non-conformities and recommendations.
- Managing the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) process.
- Helping integrate AI-related requirements and tools into our processes and products
- Preparing and distributing quality-related materials for both new and existing employees.
- Organising external audits by notified bodies or customers and overseeing the resolution of identified non-conformities and recommendations.
- Reviewing standards and legislation updates on a quarterly basis.
- Supporting project teams with software tool validation.
- Planning and performing initial reviews of project setups.
Required qualifications and skills
- 2+ years of experience working with QMS-related standards.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
- Proficient user of office tools (e.g., MS Office, Outlook), Confluence.
- Strong communication skills.
- Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
Education
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical disciplines.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
Bonus points if you have
- Certification as an internal auditor for any of the listed standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or ISO 27001).
- Experience working as a Quality Engineer or Quality Manager.
- Hands-on experience auditing processes or projects.
