We are looking for an experienced and driven Solutions Sales Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for selling complex high-tech services, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with technical and business stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with some of the world’s most prestigious scientific institutions and cutting edge companies across global markets.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Sell Cosylab’s engineering and software development services for complex control systems in scientific and high-tech sectors.
- Discover and understand clients’ goals and challenges to shape tailored high added value solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for major accounts and high-value opportunities.
- Grow and maintain a global pipeline of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with and orchestrate cross-functional teams with a goal to close deals.
- Attend international conferences and travel for client engagements.
Required qualifications and skills
- Experience in B2B sales of complex services or solutions – ideally in software, engineering, or other high-tech sectors.
- Experience in acquiring new clients and upselling to existing ones.
- Proficiency in innovative and modern sales techniques.
- Sufficient technical knowledge to understand complex high-tech projects and recognize the customers’ needs.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and intercultural communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
Education
- BSc. In Economics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical disciplines.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
