Head of Regional Sales – North America (PT Domain)

About the role 

At Coslyab we are bringing next-generation particle treatment planning software to the North American market. As Head of Regional Sales – North America, you will lead the commercial growth of PlanOne by acquiring new customers, expanding business within existing proton therapy centers, and building long-term relationships with clinical and executive stakeholders. Working closely with our Clinical, Product, and Customer Success teams, you will play a key role in establishing Cosylab’s commercial presence and driving the adoption of innovative technology that advances cancer treatment.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Own commercial performance and execute the sales strategy for the North American region.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signature.
  • Build and maintain relationships with radiaiton oncology centers, key opinion leaders, and other strategic stakeholders.
  • Deliver compelling customer presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive commercial success.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to provide commercial insights.
  • Represent Cosylab at industry conferences and events, (AAPM, ASTRO, and PTCOG).

All of the above will help you meet your annual sales targets (e.g., revenue per segment, generation of qualified pipeline, customer satisfaction score…).

Required qualifications and skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in radiation and/or proton therapy solutions and 10+ working experience in the B2B market.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a complex, technical sales environment.
  • A strong regional network of contacts within the radiation and/or proton therapy industry.
  • Experience selling complex software, medical devices, or treatment planning solutions.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Education

  • B.Sc. in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering).
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

Bonus points if you have

  • Professional background in Medical Physics, Medical Dosimetry or Oncology.
