Cosylab welcomes Australian Ambassador
On Wednesday, 26 March 2025, we were honoured to host the Australian Ambassador to Slovenia, HE Ian Biggs, Secretary Declan Connor, and Policy Officer Richard Holzer-Remondi at Cosylab HQ in Ljubljana.
Cosylab, a high-technology company in scientific and radiation-therapy system software, already has links and interests in the Australian market. At the same time, Australian institutes, both those developing particle acceleration projects, as well as particle therapy centres, are familiar with Cosylab’s expertise.
During the meeting, Cosylab and the Australian delegation discussed various potential pathways for deepening technological collaboration between the two nations. Both sides expressed a shared interest in expanding partnerships in particle therapy, medical technology, and other areas where Cosylab’s innovative software systems could contribute to advancing scientific research and patient care.
Cosylab looks forward to exploring these possibilities with Australian institutions and continuing to be at the forefront of technological innovation that bridges geographical and disciplinary divides. The visit reinforced Cosylab’s role as a global leader in scientific and medical technology and its ongoing commitment to international collaboration.
