Beyond Gravity and Cosylab at PSI and Park Innovaare
The day proved to be exceptionally enriching, featuring a guided tour of the state-of-the-art facilities and pristine clean rooms at Park Innovaare, along with an insightful presentation showcasing PSI’s pioneering research in lithography and advanced nano-scale metrology. Additionally, Beyond Gravity shared its valuable contributions to the semiconductor domain, sparking discussions on future challenges and opportunities for collaboration.
The cutting-edge research capabilities of PSI, complemented by Park Innovaare’s advanced facilities, alongside Beyond Gravity’s expertise in mechatronics and Cosylab’s proficiency in control solutions, can establish a fertile ground for the collaborative advancement of next-generation lithography, metrology, and semiconductor production solutions.
