Many companies have to deliver advanced engineering products that are not only complex but must comply with the demands of regulatory frameworks. Among these are medical, automotive, aeronautical, space, nuclear – and a dozen other systems.
At Cosylab, we deal with a variety of projects and regulatory demands, so we need a collaborative tool to simplify the engineering of demanding software products that unify development, ensure traceability, and simplify regulatory compliance. We have found our ideal tool in the codeBeamer application lifecycle management (ALM) system.
With it, we can set predetermined process workflows for requirements management, software development, risk management, quality assurance & testing, release, operations and many other activities.
We also try to squeeze the most out of codeBeamer and find less conventional uses for it. Have you ever wondered how to handle software of unknown provenance (SOUP), perform hardware input control, or even make a documentation-management system using codeBeamer?
If so, watch our very own Jernej Plankar from the Medical Systems department give his presentation “codeBeamer ALM as a Swiss Army Knife on a Particle Therapy Project” at the online Intland Connect Annual User Conference 2020.
When: Wednesday, the 21st of October, 16:00 CEST (GMT +2).
